Refunds

It has top management commitment and guiding principles with the following aims.

• (a) All refunds are subject to approval by the Managing Director.  Approved refunds shall be processed via the same method and currency as that of the payer.  
• (b) Refund Circumstances
  
  • (i) Non-Refundable Fees
    - Application of AU$750 for each audit, except in the case of ‘Conformance Assessment Body (CAB) default’.
    - Administration of AU$250 for each audit.
    - Auditee initiated change of audit date AU$250.
  • (ii) Refundable Fees
    - IAC SHALL GRANT a refund, if:
    • ‘CAB default’, where IAC cancels an audit the Auditee shall receive a full refund of money received before the ‘default day’ payable within two weeks (14 calendar days) of ‘default day’
    • Auditee written notification by 5:00pm two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) before the Audit Date, partial refund of 50% audit money received before the ‘default day’ less the Application and Administration Fees.
  • (iii) Non-Refundable Circumstances:
    - IAC shall NOT GRANT a refund, if:
    • ‘Auditee default’, evidenced by written notice of the cancellation of audit after the default day (two weeks / 14 calendar days before the audit date).
